Healthcare specific RCC frame, deeper structure over imaging suites, medical gas and HVAC routing, finishes.
What the client was up against.
A new medical college and teaching hospital block needed clear separation of teaching, clinical, and patient circulation, plus the structural depth that medical gas, HVAC, and imaging equipment loads call for.
Options on the table.
Adapt a standard commercial building shell with healthcare retrofits.
Design from scratch as a healthcare specific frame.
Use a modular hybrid frame and bolt on healthcare services later.
What Tameer delivered.
A purpose engineered RCC frame with deeper beams over imaging suites and a service void planned into every floor plate. Medical gas, vacuum, and HVAC routing were coordinated against the structural model ahead of pouring the first slab.
The outcome.
A teaching hospital block handed over with services routed cleanly through the structure and circulation planned around clinical, teaching, and patient flows.
