Qarshi University needed an academic block that mixed lecture theatres, faculty offices, and lab space on a constrained urban campus, with construction running alongside an active academic calendar.

Wing by wing delivery aligned to semester breaks. Each wing was structurally complete and weatherproof before MEP and finishing trades moved in, so the live campus could keep operating beside the works.

An academic block delivered with separation between academic and construction traffic during the build, and a unified envelope on completion.
