What the client was up against.
A high rise corporate tower on a tight urban plot in Gulberg II had to combine a quality finish with disciplined lettable floor plates, all on a constrained construction footprint next to a busy arterial road.
Options on the table.
A steel composite frame for faster vertical erection.
A conventional cast in place RCC frame with traditional formwork.
A cast in place RCC core and frame paired with system formwork on the central spine.
What Tameer delivered.
A cast in place RCC core and frame, with system formwork on the central spine and curtain wall installation tracking behind the structural front so interior trades could start on lower levels in parallel with upper structure work. Site logistics were tuned to the single road frontage and the permit windows it allowed.
The outcome.
A watertight glass envelope delivered in 2025 with tenant ready floor plates and a finished façade that fits the Gulberg II skyline.
