What the client was up against.
DHA Gujranwala set out to create a flagship technology park that could attract software firms to the city. The plot was greenfield and the brief asked for a single fully serviceable hand over rather than a piecemeal opening.
Options on the table.
Lease and retrofit an existing commercial building elsewhere in the city.
Phase the construction across several smaller blocks over multiple years.
Deliver the campus as one turnkey package inside a single contract window.
What Tameer delivered.
Tameer delivered the campus as a single turnkey package. The work covered civil and earthworks, the RCC frame, the rhythmic louver and glass façade, covered carports, internal roads, and hard and soft landscaping, with MEP trades coordinated against the master programme.
The outcome.
A working technology park ready for tenant occupancy at the agreed 2025 hand over, with the louvered façade and covered carports providing day to day shading across the site.
