An office extension wrapped around an existing live PTR building, sharing services and a structural party wall. The works needed to avoid disrupting occupancy and to control vibration that could disturb sensitive equipment inside.

A structurally tied extension that shares the existing services riser and aligns floor levels with the original. Piling was specified with vibration limits and monitored against those limits during the works.
