Pioneer Cement wanted a corporate head office that read as a flagship without inflating cost. The site was a regular city plot with the usual constraints on setbacks and parking.

A mid rise RCC frame finished with a textured cement and glass façade that nods to the client's core product. The lobby, board floor, and exterior plinth carry the higher specification finishes while the general office floors stay efficient.
