Haier needed a large industrial park expansion that combined new production sheds, warehousing, a utilities upgrade, and internal roads, all delivered alongside live manufacturing in the adjacent existing plant.

Build the new park as a separate fenced enclave.
Integrate immediately into the existing site with a single perimeter from day one.
Phase the integration with a temporary segregation that moves as work progresses.

Phased integration with temporary perimeter fencing that moved as each new shed handed over. Heavier civil works were scheduled outside peak production windows so internal vehicle movements did not interfere with production logistics.

An expanded industrial park integrated into the existing site so the final layout reads as one continuous facility rather than two adjacent plots.
