What the client was up against.
A second spinning unit needed vibration tolerant foundations, controlled humidity, and a layout that mirrored the first unit so operations could move staff between the two without retraining.

Copy the existing layout exactly with no improvement.
Redesign the layout for current efficiency standards.
A mid point that keeps spatial flow but upgrades MEP and foundations.
What Tameer delivered.
A spatial mirror of the first unit with upgraded ring frame foundations and a humidification plenum integrated into the roof. Civil works were sequenced so foundations were fully cured before machinery anchor bolts were set.
The outcome.
A second spinning unit that runs the same operational pattern as the first, with humidity and dust handled inside the building envelope.
