A 15 floor residential tower on a constrained plot required basement parking, a podium amenity floor, and apartment plates that gave every unit usable balcony space and good cross ventilation.
Options on the table.
A flat slab system across all floors for extra headroom.
Conventional beam and slab everywhere for cost.
Post tensioned slabs for long spans at premium cost.
What Tameer delivered.
Conventional beam and slab in the tower with a flat slab podium for parking. Crane and material hoist positions were planned around a single tower crane to keep the neighbouring street accessible throughout the build.

A 15 floor residential tower delivered with basement parking, a podium, and a build sequence that kept the perimeter footpath usable during construction.
